What Science Knows About Anger and What to do About It
You can change what you associate pain and anger with, says Craig Siegel, life coach and owner of Cultivate Lasting Symphony.
"Instead of reacting a certain way, you can change your patterns," says Siegel.
Siegel also recommends a more lighthearted approach. "You can change the tonality of the voice in your head from something scary and intimidating to something goofier and less frightening, such as a cartoon character," he says. "This sounds a little weird, but trust me, it's very effective. Try it."

How To Thrive In Today’s Society: Lessons From 10 Successful Entrepreneurs
Simply put, be adaptable. If this Pandemic has taught us anything, it is that life and business can be unpredictable. You need to be able to improvise. The most concrete businesses are ones that can make adjustments and be flexible to these uncertain times. There is always an audience.
Always a customer to your product. You have to find them and find out how you can help and be of service to them. There is always a move to be made. Standing still and not adjusting is the one mistake I see a lot of businesses making right now.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Craig Siegel.

The COVID-19 Pandemic came as a shock to virtually everyone in the world. Economies crumbled, businesses failed and millions of individuals around the world were left without hope. However, certain individuals chose to see the light during the outset of the pandemic. The founder of Cultivate Lasting Symphony was one of them.
Craig is the founder of Cultivate Lasting Symphony- A brand built to inspire and elevate people’s state so that they can transform and manufacture BIG breakthroughs.
In this interview, we learn how the COVID-19 Pandemic served as a turning point for Craig, and how his firm, CLS, helps people achieve their life’s purpose.
Craig Siegel started his career in Business on Wall Street. He used his ability to develop numerous skill sets and was able to cultivate these attributes, and in turn started making giant strides in life. He built businesses of his own from the ground up with no prior experience that became extremely successful, but he remained unfulfilled and craved something deeper.
Fast forward to today, he has found his true calling helping others reach their greatest potential. His own successes didn’t come without failure, but he believes that failure is a part of life and that we must embrace it. Craig’s energy is contagious and he paints a clear picture that we can all have amazing breakthroughs no matter where we are on the journey of life.

One word. Unfulfilled. Although lucrative, I didn’t feel happy. I didn’t feel like I was leaving a mark on this world. And although my passion was always to help people and inspire them to overachieve and fulfill their potential, it wasn’t until the pandemic when I had a moment to breathe and reassess, that the stars aligned for me. At this moment I understood that transformation and helping people wasn’t just my passion, it was also my purpose.

Ask the tough questions that the audience wants to hear. Take the audience for a ride and create an experience like no other. Let me explain. It’s not enough to provide value. I want the audience to have fun. I take pride in doing a ton of homework because I’m a big believer that preparation breeds success. This is not as easy as it sounds and I make a giant effort to really connect with my guests on a spiritual level.
Craig Landon Siegel of Cultivate Lasting Symphony (CLS): Five Strategies I Used To Grow My Business To Reach Seven Figures In Revenue
Strategies are as follows. Number one, I put together my biggest dream possible three years out. What my vision would look like. How big the audience would be. What kind of impact we can make on the world. Number two, I began to work backwards and reverse engineer my strategy, all the way from the finished product to step one. This provided the opportunity to get the lay of the land. Number three, this is where I put together what was going to be needed to put the plan in motion. I incorporated myself. I hired an assistant. I put together all the pieces that I needed to complete the puzzle.
